Stockpool

Every trade pays the pool.

When someone swaps a Robinhood Stock Token on Uniswap, they pay a fee to whoever supplies the pool. Stockpool lets you be that supplier with plain USDG: deposit into a stock’s Pool and a keeper holds it in a tight range around Chainlink’s price, where the trades happen.

  • 70% of every swap fee stays with depositors and compounds.
  • Shares are priced by Chainlink, never by the pool.
  • Withdraw in kind any time, even when the market is closed.

Pools

One Pool per stock. Each keeps a single range in that stock’s USDG pool on Uniswap v4 and moves it when the price does.

Or take all of them.

The Basket is one deposit spread across every Pool. The keeper keeps about a fifth in USDG for withdrawals and puts the rest to work, at most 40% into any one Pool.

Borrow without selling.

Pledge your Pool shares and borrow USDG against them. Your shares keep earning while they back the loan. Or lend USDG and earn the interest borrowers pay.

How a Pool earns

The keeper does the liquidity work. The contract decides what it is allowed to do.

  1. Deposit USDG

You get Pool shares, priced at Chainlink’s price for the stock. A deposit is refused while the pool sits more than 2% away from Chainlink, so nobody can push the pool to take value from you.

  2. The keeper places it

It swaps about half into the stock and puts both into one concentrated range around Chainlink’s price. When the price walks toward the edge, it moves the range. Every swap is checked against Chainlink and refused past a 1% loss.

  3. Fees compound

Every trade through the range pays the pool fee. 70% stays in the Pool and raises what each share is worth. 30% goes to the fee router, which sends it to buy $SPOOL and burn it.

Where the other 30% goes

Every Pool and every credit line sends its protocol share to StockpoolBuyBurn. That contract can do one thing with it: buy $SPOOL on its Pons pool and burn it, at most once an hour and in small runs. It has no withdraw function.
